1. 亜熱帯生物資源の生体調節機能（抗炎症?抗アレルギー作用、血圧上昇抑制作用等） 2. ヒトT細胞白血病I型(HTLV-1)および成人T細胞白血病(ATL)に関する研究

ゼミ

1年次を対象としたゼミで、レポートおよび発表スライドの作成方法や、健康?栄養に関する文献の検索スキルを学び、学生が関心をもった論文を紹介しあう活動を行っている。
